In Spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt…especially after playing baseball!
Field prep is underway. You’ll see mounds of dirt at the complex as we are putting new top dressing on Fields 2 and 5. Sponsor banners are going up and new signage will be on the fields. Thank you to everyone that reached out with a sponsor - we are so very grateful for you and our sponsors!
Please read through the updates below so you are prepared as we progress towards the season:

Equipment Reminder (4/13 email) – All players must supply their own equipment (mitt, bat, helmet, cleats and pants; for Softball we require infielders to wear face masks). Equipment can be expensive so we’ve established donation shelves located in the concession stand building. We operate on a “take one, leave one” philosophy. The concession stand building will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-7:30 starting 4/29.

MINORS, MAJORS & JUNIORS: All schedules will be out this week. Uniforms will be handed out the week of May 5th and games start the week of May 12th.

ROOKIE & TEE BALL LAUNCHING END OF APRIL: Teams will launch this week. Opening Day on May 17th will also serve as a Meet & Greet for teams where they will receive uniforms and equipment for practices.

COACHES: Please note the next Coach clinic is on May 7th @6pm. A zoom link will be sent out to registered coaches. Coaches must attend one of the sessions in order to coach per Little League International Rules.

UMPIRES: The final training session, a mandatory 3 hour in person training is scheduled for May 4th 5pm at Franklin Little League.

SPONSORSHIP & FUNDRAISING: Every family paid a $120 fundraising fee and will receive 12 raffle tickets to sell for $10. The drawing will be in August (at either the Milkmen game or our 50th anniversary celebration). Tickets will be handed out with uniforms to the oldest registered player.
