Swing into May—Baseball Season is Heating Up! ⚾🔥

The crack of the bat, the roar of the crowd, and the thrill of the game—it’s all in full swing as we dive into May! With sunny skies and fierce competition ahead, it’s time to rally together for an exciting month of baseball. From standout plays to team celebrations, this season is shaping up to be one for the books.

Please read below for important information on special events, upcoming games and ways to get involved—because baseball isn’t just a sport, it’s a community. Let’s make the kickoff of our 50th season unforgettable!

• VOLUNTEER SIGN UP – Please sign up to volunteer here.  You can find the week your team is assigned to here.  Please sign up for a 2 hour slot preferably during your assigned week.  Volunteers must be 14+.  The team with the most slots worked will receive a pizza party at the end of the season!

• MINORS, MAJORS & JUNIORS:  All schedules are out. Uniforms are on their way.

• ROOKIE & TEE BALL LAUNCHING END OF APRIL:  Teams are launching. Opening Day on May 17th will serve as a Meet & Greet for teams where they will receive uniforms and equipment for practices.

• COACHES: Please note the next Coach clinic is on May 7th @6pm.  A zoom link will be sent out to registered coaches.  Coaches must attend one of the sessions in order to coach per Little League International Rules.   

• UMPIRES: The final training session, a mandatory 3 hour in person training is scheduled for this weekend May 4th 5pm at Franklin Little League.
